Affilite Agreement

IRISHOP.COM AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

REFERRAL FEES

We will pay a referral commission of 10% of product total for all tracked sales.

Fees will be paid to the affiliate’s nominated PayPal account or by check to the name and address listed on the affiliate’s account.

We cannot pay commission on sales which are subsequently not shipped, not paid for, cancelled in line with our processing requirements and/or those of our payment processors, or accepted as returned for full refund in compliance with our terms and conditions. We will adjust commission on a pro-rata basis for orders which are partially refunded.

FEE SCHEDULE

Commissions will be paid monthly on the last working day of the month in accordance with the fee schedule.

Payment will be made only on the above dates only when there is a minimum outstanding payment balance of $25.00 on the affiliate’s account.

If the outstanding payment amount is less than $25.00 we will hold issuing payment until the affiliate’s cumulative balance reaches at least $25.00 at which point payment will be issued on the next scheduled payment date.

AFFILATE LINKS

We track orders using the links provided to you upon acceptance to the IRISHOP.com affiliate agreement.

We will provide login information for the affiliate to track their referral sales activity.

Links provided must only be used on the website(s) specified in our affiliate agreement.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed by IRISHOP.com or its vendor partners. Orders are processed in line with the terms outlined on our website http://www.irishshop.com/ shipping.html and http://www.irishshop.com/our-return-policy.html

IRISHOP.com and its vendor partners will be responsible for all aspects of fulfilment and customer service. Affiliates should refer any queries about product or fulfilment offered through this affiliate program to IRISHOP.com’s customer service. 1-800 571 8351 or e-mail affiliate [at] irishshop.com

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to change our fees or terms and conditions with published notice on our website www.irishshop.com/affiliate.html or by e-mail notification to the affiliate’s most recent e-mail address in our records.

Participation in the affiliate program is considered acceptance of all terms and conditions. An affiliate account may be terminated with immediate effect if it is considered in breach of our terms and conditions.

If you for any reason wish to terminate your affiliate partnership with IRISHOP.com please e-mail
affiliate [at] irishshop.com with notice of your cancellation and we will terminate your agreement immediately. This will be confirmed by e-mail.

Any outstanding fees will be calculated to that point and payment of any outstanding balance will be issued to you on the next scheduled payment date.

DISCLAIMER

IRISHOP.com reserves the right to refuse application to or terminate agreements of any affiliate who engages in activity considered harmful to our business, including, but not limited to;

Spam (by e-mail or any other means.)
Promotion of pornographic websites or material.
“Black-Hat” SEO activity. Promotion of violence, discrimination, racial hatred, illegal activity, defamatory material, etc.

Participation in this program is considered acceptance in full of all the above terms and conditions.
