Shipping costs are as follows:

Economy: $9.00 (aprox. 10-14 working days for delivery)

Express: from $22.00 (2-3 working days for delivery)

Personalized and Drop Ship items ship separately. This will be noted on the product page. Shipping rates vary by product/supplier and can be viewed at the checkout before purchase. 

• Personalized orders are shipped separately - Please note the estimated time for completion on the product page. 
• Personalized orders can only be shipped to a U.S. address. We cannot ship to a PO Box address. Express delivery is not available.
• Due to the nature of personalized items we can only accept returns on items with a manufacturing error or product defect. Please carefully review your personalization information before submitting your order - check spelling, dates and names. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have regarding personalization.
• Once placed, your personalized order cannot be cancelled.
• Some items ship from different locations so shipping charges may increase if you order items from different suppliers. You can always get an estimate on the shopping cart page if you enter your location.
• Some items are only available for shipping to the USA.

Alaska & Hawaii

Delivery is by our express service only, delivery time is aprox 7 working days.

 

PO Box addresses

Delivery to PO Box addresses is via the postal service.  Delivery time is usually approx. 14 working days to U.S. addresses but delivery times vary.  Most personalized items cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.

APO - Delivery times for APO addresses are not guaranteed, but we would suggest that you allow at least 3-4 weeks for delivery. 

 

International

Shipping rates are applied at the checkout and can be viewed before you submit your order.
Please note that orders within the European Union are subject to VAT @23% We will contact you after you place your order to arrange payment of the VAT in addition to your order total. Shipping charges and delivery estimates are as follows:

Canada - Economy -$9.50: approx. 14 working days Express: From $22.00: approx. 3-4 working days.

United Kingdom - Express only - From $22.00: approx. 2 working days

Europe - Express only - From $22.00: approx. 3-4 working days.

Australia/NZ - Express only -From $33.00  approx. 7 working days

Ireland - Registered Post $7.65: approx. 2-3 working days.

General Ordering Information

Shipping times quoted are from the time of dispatch. When ordering items including, but not limited, to clothing and jewelry, please bear in mind that due to high order volume at this time of year, your size or style may not be in stock on the day you order. We will dispatch your item as soon as it is available and will send you a notification with all your tracking information once your order has shipped. 


If ordering a made-to-order product, you should take into account the time required for this item to be completed when calculating whether you need to choose our economy or express shipping services (where available).

If you require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please notify us of this through the 'comments' field on the checkout. We will contact you if delivery by your required date is not possible
