We are based in Dublin, Ireland but delivery globally. We work with distributors in the U.S. to ensure smooth delivery and returns.

Returns

  • I want to return my item. How do I do this?

We will be delighted to assist you with your return. Please contact us to request a return authorization. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to initiate a return. See our full returns policy here .

  • Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

Yes, we can exchange sizes, or styles for most items. Please contact us and we will be happy to help.

  • Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

Yes, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be delighted to authorize your return. Personalized or made to order items excluded.

  • How long will shipping take?

Express deliveries are usually delivered the next working day. Standard shipping takes approx. 10-14 working days. Please see our shipping information for further details.

  • Is free shipping available?

Yes, you get FREE standard delivery on all orders of $100+

  • Where are your packages shipped from?

Most orders ship from Dublin, Ireland. Some items are shipped separately from distributors around the U.S. to reduce shipping cost and times for you.

  • How long does a refund take?

Refunds are usually issued immediately, but please allow approx. 2 full working days for your refund to appear on your credit card/account depending on how quickly it is processed by your bank/credit card provider.

  • I haven't received a confirmation email or my tracking number, where is it?

Unfortunately, sometimes our emails will go into your spam or junk mail. Once you place an order and make a purchase with us you should receive a confirmation email. If you are unsure please just get in touch with the team and we'll confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.
