Personalized Orders

Personalized orders are shipped separately - please note the delivery time in the product copy. Personalized orders can only be shipped to a U.S. address.  We cannot ship to a PO Box address. Express delivery is not available.

Due to the nature of personalized items we can only accept returns on items with a manufacturing error or product defect. Please carefully review your personalization information before submitting your order - check spelling, dates and names. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have regarding personalization.

Once placed, your personalized order cannot be canceled.

Please note, if you were supplied with the correct item as ordered or are returning your item for an exchange, you may be liable for both the inbound and outbound return shipping costs. [Outbound return shipping costs $9 for economy shipping via post or $29 for express mail. (U.S. Only shipping.
