The jewellers were helpful and pleasant, and the product is very nice; but the FedEx shipping and US Customs experience was a nightmare. FedEx support was very frustrating and uncaring. I called them several times (as the Customs broker). When they said they'd "Jump right on it", I did not realize they meant that literally - they'd be jumping on my package, so it arrived torn and crushed. Thank you Mr. Trump for your tariffs.
